Meal Prep Variety with Spices

I love the convenience of meal prepping, but I don’t always love eating the same thing multiple days in a row. My go-to for variety is spices. Different flavors can get you out of the same meal rut.
There are so many whole30 compliant spices now, I love it! These are just a few of my go-to options below.
My favorite meal prep hack is a sheet pan combo of chicken and pork that cook at the same temperature and time so you don’t even need to think about it.
For the pork I pat dry and liberally apply the spices. I like the Italian seasons and the 21 salute for pork.
For the chicken I also pat dry, apply the seasoning and then drizzle with a little olive oil.
375 degrees for 37-42 minutes depending on thickness
If you’re cooking for one or flying solo on your whole30 this is a great way to vary your meals for a few days. If you’re cooking for 2, well then, I guess you’ll have to share.
